Line Counter reports measurements based on the text and options shown in the page. Different editors, encodings, Unicode handling, file contents, and newline conventions can produce different results.

Browser-based processing
The normal workflow performs counting in your browser and does not require an account or a server-side job. This does not guarantee security for a shared device or a browser affected by extensions, malware, clipboard history, screenshots, or other software.
